Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy 100:

THRIVE: Foundations of Well-Being (1.0-2.0 units)

Exploration of themes of thriving including well-being, self-care and connection. Application to university life, building community, developing identity and integrating learned topics into everyday life.
  • Note: Register for one lecture and one discussion section. Students can choose to take the course for one unit or 2 units (2-unit version includes an independent project). Please contact uyeshiro@usc.edu with any questions. NOTE: Identity-focused Discussion Sections explore themes of well-being, self-care, and connection, as they relate to specific identities. These sections are open to all students, including those who identify with, and/or want to connect with and learn about the respective communities.
