Contract Drafting and Analysis (2.0-3.0 units)
Students present to the class their assessment of assigned contracts, then draft their own contracts, interpret a complex contract, followed by team-based rewrites.
- Note: Course will meet on 8/31, 9/14, 9/28 and 10/12 from 9:30-1:00 in room 118 and 9/7 and 10/19 from 9:30-3:30 in room 118
