Note: Prerequisite: SPAN 310 or PERMISSION OF THE INSTRUCTOR. This section focuses on the language and cultures of medicine and healthcare in Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S. and includes a community-based service learning component at local hospitals and clinics. Students will also engage in service learning projects.
