Note: Section 62225 focuses in the practice of Spanish for careers in the fields of Business and the Law and discusses issues affecting Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S. The course also includes a community-based service learning component at a local community center. Section 62223 focuses on the language and cultures of medicine and healthcare in Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S. and includes a community-based service learning component at local hospitals and clinics. Students will engage in service learning projects in both sections.
