Women's Spaces in History: 'Hussies,' 'Harems,' and 'Housewi (4.0 units)

Methods for studying patterns of spatial differentiation of women throughout history from home to city, embodied in gender specific language and gendered spaces.
  • Diversity: This course satisfies the university's diversity requirement.
  • Crosslist: This course is offered by the ARCH department but may qualify for major credit in SWMS. To register, enroll in ARCH 442.
