Beginning Jazz Improvisation (2.0 units, max 4)
Development of beginning improvisational skills including underlying principles of theory, harmony, jazz ear training, and jazz style.
- Note: The activities of this class cannot be accomplished effectively while everyone is masked. All students enrolled in this course must be cleared by the Thornton School of Music for proximity to in-person aerosol-producing activity. The last day for any non-majors or non-minors to register for this course will be Monday, August 16th.
