Italian Language and Diction (4.0 units)
Developing competence in listening, vocal pronunciation, speaking, singing, International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), reading and writing Italian. Emphasizes musical texts including Italian song and operatic arias.
- Note: Final Exam for language will be held on Saturday, May 8th 11am-1pm. The department of Italian offers a complementary practicum, ITAL 012x,to improve students' Italian language skills while taking MPVA 260.
