Korean I (4.0 units)

Basic Korean conversation practice, aural comprehension, basic grammar and building proficiency of reading and writing with Hangul (Korean alphabet).
  • Note: D-clearance for Korean I is available at language.usc.edu. Students with previous exposure to Korean are required to take a placement exam. After Week 1, registration in this class required instructor approval in addition to D-clearance. Check "Exceptions" in the final exam schedule for the date and time of the final exam.
