Current developments in the field of Marketing; topics to be selected each semester. Prerequisite: BUAD 307 or MKT 385x.

- Note: Course Description for Section # 16510&16512: Students will explore the various challenges posed by marketing different kinds of products and services, and identify solutions to those problems. This course will help students better identify the skills they need to succeed in their careers. careers. Course Description for Section #16514: Examines the business of creating, marketing, and managing massive entertainment franchises, mostly in movies, but also in television, video games and toys. Disciplines covered include effective storytelling, marketing, management, psychology, and economics/finance. The prerequisite for MKT 499 for fall 2016 is waived and students may obtain clearance from the Undergraduate Advising Office.
