Computational Molecular Biology Laboratory (2.0 units)

Practical experience in computational molecular biology applications. Mathematical and statistical software packages relevant for genomic analysis. Retrieval and analysis of genomic data from databases. Recommended preparation: higher level programming language.
  • Crosslist: This course is offered by the BISC department but may qualify for major credit in MATH. To register, enroll in BISC 577a.
