  • Note: Corporate Governance is the overall system by which business corporations are directed and controlled, including rights and responsibilities of various stakeholders (board of directors, managers, shareholders and others) as well as rules and procedures for decision making. We will give special attention to the role of the Board of Directors and the key issues that boards face today.
