Advanced Trademark Law (1.0-4.0 units)

A rigorous introduction to a law of trademarks. A trademark can be any word, symbol, design, sound fragrance or product configuration that is used to distinguish the goods or services of one person from those of another, and to indicate the origin of the goods or services. Prerequisite: LAW 772 or LAW 841.
