Introduction to computational modeling in neuroengineering, anchored in examples of brain function. Topics include transduction, synapses, spiking, networks, normalization, learning, Bayesian models, and Kalman filtering.
  • Prerequisite: BME 502
  • Crosslist: This course is offered by the BME department but may qualify for major credit in NEUR. To register, enroll in BME 575.
