Fundamentals of directing for film through emphasis on enhancing the writer's understanding of the director's process. Students shoot each other's scences on a soundstage, edit and re-edit scenes for in-class presentation. Open to M.F.A. screenwriting majors only. Recommended preparation: CTWR 574.
